⚠️ To register a new report you must preconfigure your PowerBi. For more details please read: PowerBi informations page.

To create new report you must fill the fields:

Report Name: This name will appear in the list of reports.

Report URL: The powerBi report URL. (example: https://app.powerbi.com/reportEmbed?reportId=[reportId]&autoAuth=true&ctid=[ctId] which can extended with [ClientExternalId] or [ClientONeId] parameters if the PowerBi is configured to accept these parameters.

Additionally you can use:

Custom icon URL: Link to a media file.

Use filtering: operator filtering, accessing the report can restricted.

Authorization group filter: operator role filtering, accessing the report can restricted.
