Introduction

It focuses on how to create groups and assign users with different roles to them. Additionally, it allows you to set different permissions for these groups.

Setting permissions

Different permissions can be set for different groups of permissions. The user with administrator role has access to the administration of the permission manager. For smaller access groups, permissions must be set to use the program.

To group permissions within the plugin framework, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Framework/Setting/Group permissions" menu. Select the role.
  • Set permissions and configurations:
    • Administrator: The administrator group has permissions for everything.
    • Other roles (e.g., Plugin Administration): Permissions can be set for specific actions. Permissions can be adjusted using sliders.

ONe Extensions – Permissions

ONe extensions can be enabled manually:

  • CSS Designer
  • System Settings
  • Feed manager – permissions
  • Loyalty Program – permissions
  • Schneider Electric – permissions
  • PowerBI – permissions

Save settings

Use the "Save" button to save settings. Users who have been assigned permissions will see the enabled menu items (framework menu items).

Important notes

At the beginning, the "Configuration/Company/Roles" section may appear empty. It is important to note that you can only set permissions for a group once at least one user has been assigned to a role.

Additional information

If certain permission groups do not need to see the administrator interface, ONe can handle this setting. The administrator role is the one that immediately sees the ONe framework.

The security block can be blocked via the internal API. The view can be attached to specific roles, so you can specify exactly to whom the menu item (the framework menu item) should be seen.
