In the "Customer traders" tab, you can see the assignment of customers to individual sales representatives. The system allows assigning multiple representatives to a single customer. You can filter and sort each column. When sorting, numbers appear on the sorted columns, indicating the sorting order of the columns. At the bottom of the window, you can see the record count information.

How to set a customer care representative for a customer?

  • If you want to assign a care representative to a customer, from the menu in the upper left corner (hamburger menu), select the "Add" option.
  • First, select the customer to whom you want to assign a representative. To find the appropriate customer, enter their name or search from the dictionary. To search for a customer from the dictionary, click on the action button (three dots) and choose the "Search" option.

On the new screen that appears, you can select the customer, or if you want to select several customers at the same time, you have to click on the check box of the buyers.

  • Next, select the representative. To do this, enter the email address of the care representative (sales employee) or search for the representative in the dictionary. To search for a representative from the dictionary, click on the action button (three dots) and choose the "Search" option.

On the new screen that appears, you can select the trader, or if you want to select several traders at the same time, you have to click on the check box of the buyers.

  • Click "Confirm".
